  • ID is required at time of booking and a rental agreement must be signed by guest booking with us.

  • Reservations are fully refundable up until 14 days prior to check-in time. 50% refundable between 14-7 days prior to check-in time. Non-refundable within 7 days of check-in time.

  • Yes. All of our properties include free High Speed Wi-Fi.

  • Yes, all of our locations have either free designated parking or free street parking available.

  • Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am for all our locations.We can only offer early check-in or late check-out if there is no one booked before or after your stay. This is because we need time to prepare the property for guests. If you would like to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability. Some fees applied.

  • All our properties are equipped with smart locks. A code will be given to you prior to your arrival. To check-in, enter it using the digital keypad. There is no need to meet anyone or pick up a physical key.

  • We understand that sometimes plans change and you may want to extend your stay. If this is the case, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can check to see if it is possible and make the necessary arrangements if it is possible. Please note that additional fees will apply for extended stays.

  • We go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful experience, from the moment you make the first inquiry all the way through to check-out.
    We offer fast, clear and effective communication, customized guest guidebooks, streamlined check-in procedures, and assistance during your stay. We are here for you 24/7.

  • No, smoking is not allowed inside the property. If you smoke outdoors, please clean up all the remnants. If smoking is detected by our cleaners, you will be liable to pay a $250 smoke ozone treatment. Thanks for helping us keep the property safe and clean!
