WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Reservations are fully refundable up until 14 days prior to check-in time. 50% refundable between 14-7 days prior to check-in time. Non-refundable within 7 days of check-in time.

ARE YOU PET FRIENDLY?
In certain properties only.

DO YOU OFFER WI-FI?
Yes. All of our properties include free High Speed Wi-Fi.

IS THERE FREE PARKING?
Yes, all of our locations have either free designated parking or free street parking available.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT?
Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am for all our locations.
We can only offer early check-in or late check-out if there is no one booked before or after your stay. This is because we need time to prepare the property for guests. If you would like to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability. Some fees applied. -
HOW DO WE CHECK-IN?
All our properties are equipped with smart locks. A code will be given to you prior to your arrival. To check-in, enter it using the digital keypad. There is no need to meet anyone or pick up a physical key.

HOW DO I EXTEND MY BOOKING?
We understand that sometimes plans change and you may want to extend your stay. If this is the case, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can check to see if it is possible and make the necessary arrangements if it is possible. Please note that additional fees will apply for extended stays.

CAN WE SMOKE INSIDE THE PROPERTY?
No, smoking is not allowed inside the property. If you smoke outdoors, please clean up all the remnants. If smoking is detected by our cleaners, you will be liable to pay a $250 smoke ozone treatment. Thanks for helping us keep the property safe and clean!
