Oh, hey there! We’re so excited you’re here. We hope that you choose to stay with Alora Hosting, but in the meantime, please check out our policies below. And as always, feel free to reach out via email with any questions!

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT: Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am for all our locations. All our properties are equipped with smart locks. This is a keyless system that uses a code to unlock and lock the door. You will be given this code prior to your arrival. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations are fully refundable up until 14 days prior to check-in time. 50% refundable between 14-7 days prior to check-in time. Non-refundable within 7 days of check-in time.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: ID is required at time of booking and a rental agreement must be signed by every guest booking with us.

MINIMUM AGE: In order to make a booking, guests must be 21 years or older.

SECURITY DEPOSITS: All reservations are subject to a Pre Check-In Security Deposit pre-authorization of up to $800 for incidentals and damage protection. The Security Deposit will not be charged unless there is damage done to the property.

WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS & CONDITIONS?

All guests will be required to sign off on our Check in form agreement, which is further outlined in our listings. They include, but are not limited to, no smoking inside the property, no partying and no weapons/guns.
