The home is professionally decorated and Smart, including Smart flat screen TV's in every bedroom. Ceiling fans, Nest AC/Heating control units. The living room comes with a 75” Samsung Smart TV.

You will find a large Master bedroom downstairs which is slightly more private with an amazing master bathroom and direct access and view to the beautiful patio overlooking the Over sized swimming pool and the whole Back yard and it's serene surroundings.

You will find a 2nd Master bedroom upstairs with a Jack&Jill bathroom and a Balcony with Stairs leading directly to the pool and amazing back yard.

All smart TV's are connected to the Buddha Estates Netflix account.

Our cotton sheets and pillows complement our super comfy memory foam mattresses. 5 king size bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms where one of the Queen size bedrooms has an extra Bunk bed (2 twin mattresses on the bunk bed).

You will find many workstations around you. In multiple bedrooms as well as other spots to work using our high-speed WiFi.

The living room is grand with a 75" Samsung smart TV, Sound bar, Cable TV with HBO and much more, open Netflix account, cable channels...and truly comfortable furniture.

Our WIFI delivers strong signal throughout the house.

Our Samsung Washer & Dryer will definately save you a visit at the near by dry cleaners.

Other things to note:

In the unlikely event that something is not as expected, we will work hard to make it right. Things break and we are only humans too.

We don’t issue refunds for anything that we are able to fix or replace within 24 hours. For anything else we must reach an agreement before the night is spent at the property and not after you leave as we can't offer refunds after your departure.

Like with every house, to keep your pool blue and your grass green regular maintenance is required. For this reason you may see a landscaper or a pool guy around the house sometimes. Their visit usually lasts about 30 minutes but if there is a problem they may need several hours.

Limited liability for pool and pool equipment.

Our pools are outdoors. This means that the pools and spas are exposed to the elements such as leaves falling in, debris blown in by the wind, rain, algae formation etc. The pipes and pool system have to withstand extreme temperatures due to the desert weather and when something breaks it may take several days to get parts or technicians.

Because of this our liability is limited. We will always try to make your stay as pleasant as possible but sometimes Mother Nature wins out.

Guest access

The front door has a Key pad. You will receive a code an hours before your checkin time (once you sign the necessary documents and are fully paid).

Other things to note

If you are staying at The Moroccan Villa on a Tuesday, please take the trash cans out in the morning.

We have Surveillance cameras surrounding the property. NO CAMS inside the house!
